Howdy, my name is Peyton - the face and heart behind Peyton Elizabeth Photography & Design! A photographer for the crazy in love couples.
Earthy. Vibrant. Storytelling.
My main goal is to capture the real true moments of you day and not take away time by cliché poses. It is so important to me to photograph not only the love between you and your partner, but the love that is surrounding you by your family and friends. We will work together to make you as comfortable as possible by showing who you really are. It can be scary to step in front of the camera (that is why I stick behind lol!), but I promise I will guide you every step of the way.

The investment
Investing in a photographer is one of the most important parts of your day. Photography is not a one and done deal. These photos will be looked back on for years and years. You get to relive the special moments and remember the feelings you felt that day.

Payment
I try to make this process as smooth as possible! I offer a payment plan can fit anyone's needs for a photographer. Here is how it works:
Sign Contract with Photographer
Choose between splitting payment into 3 or 4 equal payments
1st payment (Retainer) is due within 1 week of signing contract to secure your date in my calendar
Remaining payments will be evenly distributed over the time until 1 month prior to the wedding
Payments accepted are, Debit/Credit Card through my online invoice, Venmo, or Cash
*All services require a signed contract as well as a non-refundable, 1/3 or 25% retainer payment upon booking in order to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due one month before the event. Sales tax may apply.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIOns
Can you help us with a timeline?
Of course!!! I am the gal that will help you plan as much as you need from location, scheduling, poses, where to get ready, and much more. I always like to plan a few calls or meet ups prior to the wedding to go over the timeline to see what needs to happen when.

Where are you based, & do you travel?
I am based out of a small town in Ottoville, OH! For weddings I travel up to 60 miles (1 hour) away from my home without a travel fee. I am ALWAYS up for travel! If you are located out of state or over the 60 miles, there is a small travel fee to cover my time. (I have a special offer for destination weddings!)
Do you edit all the photos you give?
Yes! Each photo that is uploaded to your gallery will be edited. I will NOT send out RAW or unedited images.
What if I need you stay longer than what we planned?
I leave my whole day opened for you and your wedding. If you need me to stay longer than what we originally planned, that is fine! I will log how much over time I did, and send a bill within 3 days.
What if we change our date?
If your new date is open on my calendar, I'd of course be happy to switch it for you with no extra charge. However, if I am already booked for that day, we can discuss having an associate photographer shoot your wedding, so that I can still curate and edit your wedding photos, or if you prefer, I will put together a list of referrals for you to find another photographer that will be a great match!
Do you charge a cancelation fee?
No! However, the retainer that is payed after signing the contract will not be refunded.
Do you have backups?
I have backups for the backup! I always carry extra SD cards, camera, batteries, you name it! I have never had an experience of needing a backup (expect battery change). But it is always best to be prepared.
Do you bring a second shooter?
All my packages have the option to add on a second photographer! I have a few very close photogs that love to help each other out when we are needing a second! I will always be the one to source a second shooter to work with me.
